Is gun hunting allowed?
No gun hunting for deer is allowed on entire lease. Only shotgun hunting for turkey is allowed in the spring.
May I take does?
Yes, we ask that members take does to help with buck to doe ratio.
Is turkey hunting allowed?
Yes, turkey rights are included in membership.
Are guest allowed to hunt?
No guest are allowed to hunt except for direct family members(Wife,son or daughter under the age of 18 and still in school. If a family member takes a buck it counts as the members 1 buck allowed per membership.
Is baiting allowed?
Yes, but is entirely up to member to implement.
Are there work days I have to attend?
No, although members are more than welcome to help with food plots as we have a lot to get done in a short time.Food plots are apart of the membership fee.
Can I have a private area that others are not allowed to enter?
No, all property is open to all members, a pin in board at the cabin is in place to prevent others from encroaching on your hunt. All members must pin in and out every day.
Are there stands in place to use?
Any stand on club property is open for a member to use, safety belt is required when in a stand. Members are recommended to hunt only their stands due to the safety issue of not knowing whom hung the stand and the age of it.
Can I tour the property prior to joining?
We are up throughout the year and will be glad to schedule a time to show property to prospective members as our schedule allows.
Is there a charge for use of cabin/lodging?
No, that is included in membership.
Are atv's allowed?
Yes, but only through established trails and roads. No ATV joy riding even in the off season.
Is there a processor close by?
Yes, there is one withing 20 minutes of property and they also take donations of meat to support the less unfortunate.
What is the terrain like on lease?
It is rolling hills with several pastures. Pastures may have cattle, but cattle are primarily in about of the 1/3 of the pastures and during deer season they are condensed to less than that for ease of feeding by farmer.Woods are filled with oaks to provide tons of acorns in the fall for deer.
Is coyote hunting allowed?
Yes, coyotes maybe taken during deer season by bow, after deer season coyotes maybe hunted by rifle. All other small game maybe hunted after deer season has closed.
When is membership fees due?
May 15
May I make installment payments for dues?
Yes, but this is a non refundable process with half of the yearly fees due in May
Can I scout property during off season?
Yes.
Is property patrolled/secured?
Yes, landowners son lives on property. There is only four access points with locked gates.
